Looking for a Transmitter

An opposition group in the developing world recently contacted CRW for information on obtaining price quotes for a "second-hand 10kW short wave transmitter."
The group is interested only in the cost of the transmitter since it has in place a staff of engineers and technicians to maintain and service the facility.
